Post-Award information

What happens if you are successful in the application process?

All successful applicants will be contacted by the DEPA project within 2 months of the grant call closing. Owing to the short timescales, funded projects are likely to start anytime from June 2022, but must start by August 2022 and cannot continue beyond 31 March 2023.

Data Management and deposit

During the project duration, all projects must store research data in a central repository, which will most likely be via an Open University project SharePoint site; the application pack includes the DEPA project data management plan.  In addition, all projects funded via the UK Arts and Humanities Research Council/UKRI are required to deposit final, fully anonymised, and redacted data to the Open University and to a public data repository.  Projects will be required to organise the data according to the funder’s requirements.  The DEPA team will advise projects of the full data management requirements.

Reporting

Project reporting will be required during the project lifecycle, including both financial and activity-based reporting.  Final progress, activity and financial reports will also be required, and details will be communicated with awarded projects.
