Which documents should be submitted for each award level?

Individual applicants need to submit (for awards £5k or less)

• Completed application form
• Letters of Support from Partners/institutions involved         
• Include a copy of Curriculum Vitae
• Any visual evidence, a maximum of two sides of A4 (i.e., of previous work).

All other applicants (for awards above £5k)

• Completed application form
• Completed Due Diligence form (including audited accounts)
• Completed Excel budget document
• Letters of Support from Partners/institutions involved         
• Any visual evidence, a maximum of two sides of A4 (i.e., of previous work).

Your application should be emailed to us at depa@open.ac.uk with the title Phase 3 – country and PI name.
