The Decolonising Education for Peace in Africa project (DEPA) has, through a multi-faceted approach, developed
a network of projects, educators, researchers, policymakers, NGO’s and other stakeholders.
The project aimed to make a lasting impact by producing the first set of research and teaching materials developed through a South–North partnership, with the goal of reshaping peace education from a Global South perspective. It provided researchers with a sustainable resource by archiving the data for free and easy reuse.
